This was taken at sunset on the National Seashore in Cape Cod. There was a crisp breeze in the air, which led to beautiful movement among the waves. I used a telephoto (zoom) lens to really zoom in on the movement of the waves and a slightly longer exposure while I moved the camera with the motion of the wave to capture a dance feeling.
