Letters are shipped on the last business day of each calendar month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 20th. If you sign up after the 20th of the month, you will receive the next month's print as your first. (eg. you sign up August 21st, your first order will ship in the last week of September.)
Please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery after shipment.
Please be aware that orders are shipped with stamps to keep your membership affordable, and do not include tracking information.

Each mailing includes a carefully selected landscape photograph, a small surprise item like a keepsake or craft, and a gentle written note — designed to bring a moment of calm into your day. An invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a sense of ease.

The Joy Post is created by Erica, a New England landscape photographer who believes the best cure for a busy mind is a quiet view.

Once shipped, please allow up to 14 business days for U.S. delivery and up to 21 business days for international delivery. If it hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, it’s possible it may have been delayed or lost in transit. Please email me at erica@ericajoyphotography.com with the following information so I can verify your order and help resolve it: your full name, shipping address, and the date you joined the Joy Club.

Shipping takes between 5 and 7 days.

I offer 3 printing options: Paper Prints, Aluminum prints, and Framed and Matted prints.

Yes! If you have a location that holds special meaning to you (the view from your backyard, the lighthouse you were engaged at, etc.) I'd be honored to help you capture it. Please fill out a custom request here.

Collaging begins promptly at scheduled start time, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the session start time to get settled.

An 8x10 poster board, all the Erica Joy mini photos, stencils, flowers, stickers and more to get your collage on!

Erica Joy Photography has a firm no refund policy. Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance of the event will be issued a store credit for the full amount paid, toward a make up session, that occurs within 30 days of the original reservation.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show will not have the option to receive a store credit or reschedule. This includes reservations that were made less than 24 hours before the start of the event.
